1) Prices

All prices are as shown. There are no discounts unless shown on the Sales Order. Prices are subject to change without notice.

2) Payment Terms

All payments are due in advance with the order, prior to shipping. Payments may be made by cash, check or credit card(Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover.

3)  Freight Policy

Shipping charges are added to all Orders and payable prior to shipping. Special Shipping and handling request shall be paid for prior to shipping. Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon tender of shipment to the common carrier. Claims for goods damaged during shipping shall be filed with the carrier.  All orders shall be fulfilled  within 1-3 business days and shipped by the common carrier. Some items may be back ordered and sent  to customer upon receipt of the item by Value Green Inc. Customer will be notified of backorders by e-mail. Customer may cancel the back ordered part of the order within 72 hours from the back order e-mail notification.

4) Limited Warranty

All products are subject to manufacturer's warranty. Such warranties vary with the manufacturer. It is customer's responsibility to obtain the pertinent  information. Under no circumstances expressed or implied by anyone at Value Green Inc. extends, amends or interferes with the manufacturer's warranty. If the item for which a warranty is claimed and an RMA is issued then Value Green Inc. will repair or replace the item under the manufacturer's terms. Improper use or misapplication will void warranty. Customer is responsible for shipping the product  for a warranty repair or replacement.

5) Returns

Items properly accepted for return and accompanied by an authorized issued RMA number such return incurs a 20% restocking fee. No returns are accepted after 30 days of the Sale. In addition to the restocking charge refunds are for product charges only excluding any shipping and handling fees. There are no cash refunds for credit card purchases.

6) Privacy Statement

Privacy Statement For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or e-mail address. We collect the e-mail address of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, user specific information on what pages consumers access or visit and information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations. The information we collect is used for internal review and is then discarded, used to improve the content of our Web page, used to customize the content and/or layout of our page for individual consumer and used by us to contact consumers for marketing purposes. VALUEGREEN, does not sell or in any way distribute its customers' personal information will always remain confidential. If you do not want to receive e-mail from us in the future, please let us know by sending an e-mail, e-fax or writing, and telling us that you do not want to receive e-mail from our company.

Terms of Use Statement You understand and agree that the owners of this site shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data or other intangible losses (even if the owners of this site have been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from the use or the inability to use the product(s) and or service(s) or any misuse of the product(s) and or service(s) in a manner not in accordance with their intended use.
